At 11:30 or 18:30 board the splendid 1983 classic Sloop for a memorable sailing experience with an aperitif on board, followed by a full lunch or a sunset dinner.
You will sail from the Marina Yacthing in Ortigia, cruising along the Syracuse’s coastline, admiring places of history and myths from a fascinating standpoint.Â
From May to September, you will have plenty of opportunities to swim in the beautiful Aretusean waters. An aperitif, followed by a full lunch/dinner made with all fresh local products will be served on board.Â
Note: To get out and in the marina, and if the weather isn’t ideal, strong wind etc., the boat’s motor may be used.
Menu example: aperitif and lunch/dinner will typically include some culinary  specialties of the area such as round Iblean olives, cherry tomatoes in oil, caciocavallo ragusano D.O.P. half-seasoned served with chestnut honey, wooden fired ricotta, caponata, parmigiana, orange salad or similar depending on availability, prawns on a bed of rocket (or similar), local wood-fired breads, desert, coffee. Drinks include fruit juice, white and rosé wines or prosecco.Â
